Chris found the exact car I wanted; a red fully-loaded Equinox RS ev. I love the car. My only complaint is that it doesn't have Apple Play and we're having trouble getting connected to Chevy's own Google app. I'm very disappointed about that. Had I known it didn't have Apple Play I might have reconsidered leasing the car. I hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Well I normally don't trust salesman and dealerships because they just try to screw you with stuff you don't need, and they're never honest, But this experience at Rydel has by far been the first and best experience I've had buying a vehicle, MY salesman JC was very patient with me, I have been working with him trying to get me my Silverado ZR2 but I have not been able to decide on what I want as for color options and features. He never pushed me to buy, he always told me to think about it and if not we can always find you something that works for me. JC also made sure i was given all insentive that the vehicle and myself qualified for even helped with getting my cosoc disount without having to call them. Rydel has proven to me that buying a car is really easy and I thank you so much for the experience, will continue to work with JC to find me my dream truck. Thanks JC and Rydell for the help. MY PURCHASE WAS A 2025 BLAZER EV. and will return when I decide on the Zr2.

Service took linger than expected and when i got my car the driver floor mat was covered with black greasy dirt and appeared that the mechanic stepped on my front pumper to take the transmission stick. No respect to client’s property. I would not recommend the guy who worked on my car to work on any other cars.

Wonderful service at a reasonable rate. I have purchased several vehicles from Rydell over the years but have had them serviced at the Van Nuys Chevrolet dealer (used to be Keyes) because it was much closer to home. After unreasonable and frustrating experiences lately I decided to make the extra effort to go back to Rydell to service my 2019 Corvette Z06. Best move ever! Thanks Chris and Jerry for your help!!!

Unacceptable. It took three days to have a window gasket replaced. There was no communication as to the status (other than "hopefully today" each day). In the end they did not even put air in the tires (as they said they did on the work order).

Well, I was a customer that did not have an appointment and and I needed an oil change.I arrived approximately at 2pm, At first I was approached by a employee greeting me someone will be right with me. And and another employee greeted me and asked what I needed and needed to confirm whether or not if I could be seen today, the employee returned and said yes. I could be seen today. But my car may not be ready until the end of day. Which was 6 PM and I was fine with that. And then I was greeted by my service rep for Renee and I talked about what my needs were. I needed an oil change and also my check engine light was on. I was told that my olil change could be completed by the end of day, but my check engine light would not be able to be addressed until possibly the following day, which would have been a Friday. Or there was a strong possibility that monday my car would be seen, because Twelve cars were ahead of Mine. I was astonished to hear such a thing, but I did have somewhat of a understanding. I did not have an appointment. What I was unprepared for was to be told that I was not eligible for a loner car, offered i a rental because of the age of my car And the mileage. My vehicle has been part of the rydell family, For her whole life, for 13 years. 6 years ago I had to leave my car with Rydell for repair and I was given a loner. Last year my car was also left with you for a few days for insurance purposes and I got rental vehicle. My car was in rydell possession Thursday-Tuesday, I had to use ride share to go to work very expensive, missed a family event and a doctors appointment due distance being without a vehicle!

Dropped off my 2024 Z06 to get oil change and check blind spot monitoring system on Tuesday. Service advisor said will need 2 days. I said just want to make sure will be ready by Friday because I need the car for Easter weekend and service said for sure. Tuesday, Wednesday, half of Thursday passed no call. I called Thursday 2pm and they said that my service advisor had an emergency and not at the dealer and my car other than the oil change hasn’t been touched. I got frustrated and told them to have my car ready I will be there in 30 min to pick up. Got there and went to the adviser who was covering for my advisor, didn’t even care to say anything that they dropped the ball or try to help the situation. His response was go see the cashier. At the cashier I requested to speak with the manager. Went into his office and his response was they are busy and they didn’t have time to look at it not even knowing what car are we talking about. I said you guys are busy fine, why didn’t anyone gave me a call for almost 3 days informing me the situation. I had to call that day to find out my car hasn’t been touched and won’t be ready Thursday not even that week. Manager said maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday. Didn’t even care. This was my first time bringing my car for service that I bought from. Very disappointed, you guys are my local dealer and just didn’t care at all.

Bring my Chevy Silverado in for oil change tire rotation add the cooling flushed also had the brake lines flushed truck came back brake pedal went to the floor was not working right at all had to bring the truck back waited another 3 hours before picking it up and then left had to come back cuz my tire PSI was 10 to 13 lb over which they were perfect PSI when I bring them in I was not happy at all with this experience Joe the service manager he was great he was on top of it and made sure it was taken care of so he is not to blame whatsoever it's your mechanics that need some help they work on your Chevy trucks and cars they should know tire pressures they should know not to send a car out or a truck with no brakes

I visited two other Chevrolet dealerships to compare the internet pricing and overall experience. Hands down, Rydell is true to their ads. They did not play games; they did not waste my time or try to hype up their desire to sell me on a vehicle. I found my sales experience at Rydell to be straight, honest, and timely. The price did not get jacked around with dealer adders that are overly expensive, not needed, and add little to no value to the vehicle. It was obvious that these two dealers are only trying to line their pockets and disenfranchise the buyer. This was my experience at CARSON Chevrolet and Guaranty Chevrolet.

As always, I deal with Jim Murphy each tome I get service on my vehicle. I checked in at 9am, was done at 1115 am. Jim applied my Veterans discount plus Chevy award points. Labor charge is always a little high but you get what you pay for. Good service and knowing what I need to get done to prolong the life of my Equinox is a plus. As much money I have spent over the years on keeping up on maintenance , I would never trade it in. You guys always ask me to sell it or trade it in but $4,000 for a car with only 60,000 miles and in excellent condition keeps me from doing so. Send me some discounts for the future without expiration . Thankyou

The job was done. Upon entering the service desk building, there was no connection. The person who helped me did not greet me properly and asked what I needed. As if I was taking from his precious time. The agent was very quiet. He did not attempt to build rapport with me even though I told him I purchased my car at that dealer 12 years ago and have been a loyal long customer. The interaction was extremely cold. The agent told me it would take 5 hours for an oil change as if he was trying to deflect me from leaving my car. The job was done within 2 hours. I will most likely not return. This place has lost its magic.

The oil change was quick and easy. Unfortunately the person that handled my service appointment was really rude when asked a question. I've never experienced this before at your service department and am surprised to have someone who works in service talk to me the way he did. Hopefully this is a one time experience. I don't ever leave reviews so this tells you I'm irritated with the way he spoke to me.

Took my car in for my 8:30 appointment to get my brakes and oil changed. No update was given to me at all while my car sat there all day. 8 minutes to closing, I called and asked about my car. I was then told “they didn’t get to it, I’ll need it until tomorrow, is that ok?” Which was absolutely NOT ok because I had to work the next day. I was extremely disappointed at how the situation was handled and will go elsewhere for service.

I have a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport convertible. The top got stuck due to a defective part which GM no longer supports. Luckily, your staff was able to get my top back up so I can drive my car. However, now I can't operate my convertible top. I did a very thorough search on the internet for that part but it's not available anywhere. I was also going to replace the top but, that's not possible ethers GM discontinued that too. Really a bummer in that my Corvette only has 30K miles on it and looks brand new.

I knew the exact model and options that I was looking for and Pedro Duran helped me to reserve the car which was in transit and put the deal together without me having to be there which was great, because I am 35 miles away. He got me a good price with all of the discounts, incentives and tax credit. I got around $14,000 off the MSRP which is incredible. The car came in about a week later and I even sold my car at the same time. Everything turned out great!

Bob Torres was absolutely fabulous to work with on the purchase of my 2025 Stingray. He is friendly, likeable, knowledgeable, honest, and diligent to do what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. On one occasion, he even answered my text on his day off. He made doing business with Rydell a pleasure instead of pain that can be experienced with some dealerships. Since I am in the Sacramento area, I flew to Southern CA to pick up the car and drive it home. It was ready and waiting for me, all detailed and ready to go. Bob helped me set up several things with my phone and after some final paperwork with finance (I think his name was Benito) I was on my way. It was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and I am recommending Bob and Rydell to my friends and family. Car was ready in about 2 hours. They have a free shuttle to take you home and bring you back within a 10 mile radius, the driver is also very friendly and helpful. Even if I buy a car elsewhere, I will always have the service done here.

Jaime Hernandez, the internet sales manager did a great job getting the transaction completed efficiently. Also, Armen Kesablyan, sales, and John Turner, finance, really came through when we picked up the car as it was late in the day and we needed to get ont he road. HOWEVER, within 20 hours of finishing the transaction Rydell Chevrolet posted an offer that was considerably lower because the Cap reduction was changed from $4000 to $5000. I have requested that this be looked into to see if we can somehow be compensated for this dramatic change...maybe GM should step up to the plate since I assume it was GM that made this change while we were negotiating the lease.

This experince has soured my affinity for rydell. I came in for a “loud noise” while driving but this location is so backed up I was notified it would take 5 days to even look at my vehicle. I believe this location needs to hire more help or work with other GM partners to get your customers taken care of. On top of that, the sales associate was unprofessional. It started with making jokes about how people pay good money to have their car sound loud when I was about to hand over my only transportation for a minimum of 8 days. I understand the sales team is limited to their resources and deflect with humor but the only positive is he offered to give me a ride home. Also when I explained I received a letter from chevy and a lawyer about a potential flaw and additional warranty covering the 2023 chevy traverse for the mounting bracket/exhaust problem. I was told it was likely a scam. Although I can visibly see the separation on the driver side from the mounting bracket and the exhaust causing a loud sputtering on acceleration. The only reasonable service I received was from the lady who helped discharge my car from the service department and had my car ready to go so I could take it to another dealership. My husband had a similar experience recently when his car fuel pump gave out. Where he waited days to even get the car looked at. I’m not sure if it is the diminished quality of the cars being produced by chevy but it is being compounded by the lack of urgency with the rydell service team which made this such a bad experience.

I think a lot of customer service can be learned as well as the technicians learn too. When we first brought the car in, that had to be towed in because the car shut off while I was driving. The person checked us in and immediately said it was our battery, even though we just changed the battery TWO days before. Finally someone told the guy that was insisting it was our battery that they need to run a diagnostic, this whole interaction absolutely put no faith in me that we were going to get our car fixed. They let us know it was going to be some time before they fixed our vehicle. After a week, and us calling because nobody was giving us any updates, we found out was going on with our car. I do have to say after all was said it done, Ken was great. He did calm my nerves and very kindly explained everything. I was not thrilled about our experience.

Had an appointment at 9:45. Was told over the phone it would take anywhere from 1 1/2- 2 hours. At the dealership he said 2-2 1/2 hours. I waited there. At the 2 hour mark I called over to find out the status and there was no status at 12:15pm now 2 1/2 hours later I go to service and ask how much longer. The gentleman helping me named Gabriel said they were behind and service has not been done. I don’t understand how having an appt and my service is not done given the time you’ve told me. He had an attitude with me and went to tell them. My service was apparently done 30 mins later. I don’t know if I believe if anything was done. This was the worst experience and do not want to return. I spoke with other customers waiting and they were not pleased as well. Do better!

Everything was fine except the information on my dash was not put back as I had it, meaning the speedometer and miles left on gas tank. That is the second time that has happened. I looked in my owners manual and was unable to correct it myself, so had to go back to the dealership to get someone to fix it.

My car was done in a timely manner, but oil was on the drivers door panel, center console, steering wheel, and engine compartment. I have custom painted panels in the engine compartment, and right by the oil fill cap there is now a bunch of scratches where someone set something on it.

asked them to look for a specific rattle that sounds heavy over turns and bumps. apparently nothing was done as I received no feedback or narrative from them on this issue. driving home from the service the left rear tire showed 24 psi, all others 31 psi. guessing the tire pressure check was merely "rubber stamped"

I expect better from a $139.00 oil change appointment. You are not my closest Chevy dealer. You will get one more chance and if it doesn't go better next time it's going to be Jiffy Lube! the text system is nice for keeping track of the progress of a cars progress during maintenance, but , what's better is when the advisor comes to the waiting room and looks you right in the eye and tells you exactly what the status of your car is, twice. Vicente did that and he was a great advisor from the moment i arrived until the moment i left. i also believe he is the reason i my truck was finished way faster than i anticipated. great job Vicente.

I had an appt for 7:30am. Got there at 7:25 and was the only person in the appt line. Was getting an oil change, tires being rotated and a visual inspection(since the car is 9 months old). Was told it would be an hour and a half. I walked over to the service desk asking if my car was ready yet at 9:38am, as I had an appointment at 10am also. They said it was done and waited 5 minutes to have it brought up. Two hours and 10 minutes for this service is unacceptable to me. Jiffy Lube is a much quicker option.

I went in for a first time oil change for my new Silverado and had a bad experience. The oil cap was left off, the plastic was never removed after the service and the tire pressure were never checked after the tire rotation, if that was ever done. The service adviser was great and very communicative but the first impression was not a good one. I probably won’t service my Silverado there in the future.

Did a transmision service and right after that had problems with with transmision heat and had to replace valve. paid $500 for a bad transmision service and the had to pay other $900 for fix what the previous bad service did. The least thing, after several year of been customer, was to get rydell's responsable for a bad service and cover the fixing costs.

The service advisor is upselling unnessary services. I went in for routine 15k maintenance service for a 2023 EV car (also purchased new at this delaer). He suggested that I also need to change the transmission fluid every two years or 15k-20k miles, resulting over $300 estimate of the cost. While waiting for my ride home at the dealership, I checked the GM's service guidance for my car, which listed 150K miles or 5 years for transmission fluid exchange. After I showed him GM's own guidance, he removed this from the service order and the regular 15k service cost about $70. I am not happy with what happened here. Either the service advisor lacks of the correct knowledge about the maintenance schedule of the car or he is intentionally trying to mislead when a female driver brought the car to service. In either case, the customer is not treated correctly or up to the standards that GM dealer should hold. When I picked up the car, the tire pressure for all four tires are above the maximum suggested 38psi. I told the (another) service advisor about the issue and he tried to state that it is fine because it is cold now and will be fine after I drive it. Shouldn't the pressure increase after you drive it to be warmer? Then the tire pressure will be even further above the maximum suggested 38psi (like 5 psi more). The service advisor eventually asked the technician to lower all four to the maximum pressure. It should be the service provider to ensure tire pressure set correctly, which is part of the maintenance service. It is even worse to try to offer the alternative truth to avoid the work to correct the issue. With this experience that I have with two service advisors on the single visit, I really start to question the service quality offered at this dealership.
